Hundreds of children across New Brunswick are benefiting from participating in ELF programing. Children, volunteers and school personnel alike, eagerly anticipate each ELF session during the school year knowing that with practice struggling readers can become skilled readers for achieving literacy and overall educational success. The collaborative approach adopted by Elementary Literacy Inc.’s programs enables the sharing of resources, information and skills. While it is evident that we are not alone in our effort to support student’s early literacy achievement, we need more.
Elementary Literacy Inc. is a public-private charitable organization – we rely on funds from individuals, businesses and foundations to provide our programs. A donation to Elementary Literacy Inc. ensures we can continue to recruit, train and manage our province-wide network of volunteers, parents, students, teachers and principals while providing crucial reading support to students who require it.
Donations stay in the donor’s specified community, unless otherwise noted. If a donor lives outside of the province, donations are applied to the area of greatest need.
Please note, donations processed via the website are subject to processing fees. To avoid such fees, cheques can be made out to “Elementary Literacy Inc.” and mailed to “Elementary Literacy Inc., 210 Crown Street, PO Box 2350, Saint John, NB, E2L 3V8”.
Elementary Literacy Inc’s charitable number is 81377 8826 RR0001.
